Cancellation Policy
By making an appointment you agree to the terms of my policy. I require 24 hours notice for all cancellations of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment ,no-show or last minute will be required to pay 75% (non-refundable) of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at Tha Nail Room * Gift Cards* Tha Nail Room is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or gift certificates. They must be presented at the time of the service and are not refundable. Anyone who is more than 15 mins late will automatically be canceled and charged.
